Location: Around 20 kms from Lonavala or Kamshet
Three hours drive from Mumbai (120 km) or One and Half Hour Drive from Pune (40 km)
Altitude: at an altitude of around 2500 feet above mean sea level.
Weather condition: Pleasant during evenings and night

Tentative Planned Schedule
6:30 am Meeting at Dadar ST Stand
Catch State Transport Asiad from Dadar to Kamshet or Lonavala
From Kamshet or Lonavala catch local transport to Kamshet Base Village
Expected arrival at Tikona Village
10:30 / 11am Trek to Tikona Fort
Trek, Exploring Tikona Fort, Lunch at Tikona Fort (participants are expected to carry packed lunch).
4:00 pm back at Tikona Base Village
Travel back to Lonavala or Kamshet by local transport
Lonavala or Kamshet travel back to Mumbai by State Transport Asiad
10:00 pm Expected back in Mumbai
Camp Fee Rs.750/- per head.
Includes Transport (Public Transport), Breakfast and Evening Tea, Management Charges.
Participants are expected to carry own packed lunch and water.
Attire: Track-pants or Shorts or Tights or Trekking Pants with preferably full sleeves t-shirt, cap
Carry all your belongings in backpack
Trekking pole
Carry a small flash light and personal medical kit (Common medical kit will be available with us).

Camping out in the mountains overlooking picture perfect valley and lake this Christmas Vacation..Activities
Camping, Trek to Tikona Fort (Optional), Barbecue, Camp Fire, Music, and Dip in lake..
One Day Trek to Tikona Fort is a separate event will be in backpacking format.
(Note: For Tikona Fort, call us for meeting point). Travel from Mumbai to Kamshet by Asiad and further ahead by local public trtransport whatever available).
Venue: Campsite Tikona (approx 20 km from Lonavala)

Christmas and New Year Weekend.

Morning walk for a swim in Lake (optional)
Camp Fee includes (Transport Mumbai to Campsite and Back as per program,
includes evening welcome drink (non-alcoholic at campsite), Barbecue, Camp Fire, Dinner and Day 2 breakfast), Stay in tents on twin sharing basis. (Child Shares the same tents as parents).
Note: Camp fee is not the same for New Year Party (Dec 31st) and Christmas (Dec 25th)..
