7:00 pm Lonavala (Divya Hill Top Cottages)
Nagar Gaon
8:00 pm Start of Trek-a-Thon Treasure Hunt near Tugarli Lake
5 Checkpoint along the way for replenishment of snacks and water
Total Distance of Trek around 18 KM
12:00 am Arrival time at Rajmachi, base camp
Rest and Refreshments
(Those who have opted for camping night..
Transfer to tents for overnight Stay)
4:00 am to 8:00 am onwards drop from Rajmachi till Lonavala (Bus Stand / Railway Station or Volvo Stand); drop will be done batch wise based on first-cum-first basis.
8:30 am Shrivardhan Trek Batch 1 and Village Tour (for campers)
9:30 am Shrivardhan Trek Batch 2 and Village Tour (for campers)

Rs.1330/- per head x 3 Persons = Rs.3990/- per team.

Trek-a-Thon + Overnight Camping at Rajmachi with Breakfast and Lunch:
Rs.2700/- per head x 3 Persons = Rs.8,100/- per team.
(Includes Trek-a-Thon Participation; Refreshments along the trek at 5 locations; Drop from Rajmachi to Lonavala in Sumo Vehicle; Program Management; Overnight Camping in tents on triple sharing basis; breakfast; lunch; Shrivardhan fort trek).

3 Persons per team. Registration of all 3 members have to be done together.

3) How many team are expected to participate?
Around 35 team will be participating?
4) What is the refund policy for the event?
A cancellation charge of 25% will be deducted on the total amount if cancellation is done before Jan 10, 2015
No Refund for cancellation done after Jan 10, 2015.
5) Can Registration be transferred?
Registration is transferrable if done before Jan 10, 2015 and the same should be done by sending email to info@natureknights.net with cc to natureknights@gmail.com / asif@natureknights.net
You should get a confirmed acknowledgement from us on the same.
6) What is the minimum and maximum age for participating in this event?
Minimum age is 16 years old and Maximum is 65 years old.
7) Do we have to sign a disclaimer for the event?
All participants have to sign a disclaimer before the event that they are physically fit to participate in the outdoor event of this type.
8) Will there by anykind of medical insurance policy or accident insurance policy coverage for this event?
We are not providing any type of insurance coverage for this event.
9) How do we reach Lonavala?
Private Vehicle (car); or Train or State Travel Transport; Luxury Buses; Share Cabs ply regularly between Pune and Mumbai via Lonavala.
10) Would we get a drop back from Rajmachi to Lonavala?
Yes one way drop from Rajmachi to Lonavala would be provided by us.
11) Is there is a provision to stay back at Rajmachi?
We have provided an option to stay back at Rajmachi with camping facility with next day breakfast and lunch.
12) What is the last date of registration?
We will keep the registration open till we have approximately 35 teams.
