Scaling Mount Everest Summit, is every Trekkers, Every Mountaineers dream.. But it takes lots of preparation, team work, strategy, equipment and gear; and tons of Will Power to do it.
Everest from the South Side in Nepal
Base Camp - 17,500 feet (5350 meters)
South Col Route up Mt. Everest. Base camp is located at 17,500 feet and it the most popular route to Summit of Highest Mountain Peak in the World. This is where climbers begin their true trip up the mountain. This is also where support staff often remain to monitor the expeditions and provide medical assistance when necessary. Many organizations offer hiking trips which just go to base camp as the trip is not technically challenging (though you must be very fit).
From base camp, climbers typically train and acclimate (permitting the body to adjust to the decreased oxygen in the air) by traveling and bringing supplies back and forth through the often treacherous Khumbu Icefall. This training and recuperation continues throughout the climb, with the final summit push often being the only time to climbers do not go back and forth between camps to train, bring supplies, and recuperate for the next push. .. On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch. Rest of the day free.Overnight stay at Lachung hotel.
Day 05: Lachung to Gangtok
After breakfast departure (8.00 am,) for Gangtok ,en route witness the Beautification of the wonderful Bheema and; Twin Falls. Overnight stay at Gangtok hotel.
Day 06: Gangtok To Tsomgo Lake and; Baba Mandir
After breakfast day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (departure in the morning) - situated at a height of 3,780 mts. with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Return to Gangtok. Overnight halt at Gangtok Hotel
Day 07: in Gangtok sightseeing and transfer to Pelling
After breakfast start half-.day city tour, covering Bakthang Falls, Enchey Monastry ,Do-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Flower show and cottage industry and transfer to Pelling One can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range from Pelling. Overnight stay at Pelling hotel.
Day 08 : In Pelling sightseeing
After breakfast start for day sight seeing which includes Pemayangtse Monastery, Rimbi Falls, and Kanchenjunga falls, Khecheopalri Lake, Darap Village and Rabdentse Ruins and view point . Overnight stay at Pelling hotel
Day 09: Pelling To NJP / IXB / Siliguri.
After breakfast transfer to NJP/ IXB/ Siliguri for return journey.

It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies (02 copies for Tsomgo and 02 copies for Lachung) of Pass-port size photograph and Original ID proof (Identity Card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing of permit.For visit in various Places of Sikkim Permition is required and send the naming list, age and Gender of all the Guest at the time of booking confirmation.
NOTE:
In case of landslides, road blockage, snowfall, strikes, bandhs, or break down in vehicle due to rugged Himalayan Terrain guests getting stranded on the road or has to change the tour programme because of the mentioned causes , the extra expenses incurred for transportation and accommodation with food will have to be paid by the guests. The travel agent or person concerned in arranging the tour will not be held responsible in any manner. Before confirming a tour please clarify with the Trave agent or concerned person.
